住宿須知

• 入住時間：15:00 後。
• 退房時間：11:00 前。
• 如需延後入住，請於提前 3 小時通知，我們將協助安排。

• Check-in: after 3:00 PM.
• Check-out: before 11:00 AM.
• Late check-in is available with at least three hours’ prior notice.

• 入住日前 7 日取消，可全額退款。
• 入住日前 3 日內取消，訂金恕不退還。
• 若因特殊因素需更改住宿日期，請提前與我們聯繫，我們將盡力協助安排。

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
• Cancellations made within 3 days before check-in are non-refundable.
• Please contact us in advance if you wish to change your reservation.

• 提供免費停車，請於入住前提供車牌號碼，以利安排停車位置。
• 停車位數量有限，依現場安排為主。

• Free parking is available. Please provide your vehicle license plate number before arrival.
• Parking spaces are subject to availability.

如遇颱風、地震等天然災害，經政府公告停班停課或發布相關警戒時，旅客可選擇延期入住或辦理退款。相關安排將依政府公告及實際情況辦理。

In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon or earthquake, guests may reschedule or request a refund if official government announcements affect travel.

• 早餐供應時段為 08:00、09:00、10:00，請擇一時段。
• 請於訂房時提前告知早餐享用時段。
• 如有素食、過敏或特殊飲食需求，請於入住前提前告知。

• Breakfast is served at 8:00, 9:00, or 10:00 AM. Please select one preferred time.
• Please inform us of your preferred breakfast time when booking.
• Let us know before arrival about dietary restrictions, allergies, or special meal requests.

• 一樓沙發休憩區及用餐區。
• 一樓輕食區：RO 生飲機、微波爐、冰箱。
• 客房內咖啡機。
• 免費停車。
• 可借桌遊回房共享。

• Light kitchen with water dispenser, microwave, and refrigerator.
• In-room coffee machine.

• 每日 22:00–08:00 為安靜時段，請降低音量，避免影響其他旅客。
• 請共同愛護館內家具、設備及展示品；如有人為損壞，將酌收修復或更換費用。
• 退房前請再次確認已攜帶所有個人物品；如有遺留物品，寄送運費由旅客自行負擔。
• 未經同意不得開啟儲物櫃或擅入員工私人空間。
• 貴重物品請自行保管，如有遺失本民宿將不負賠償責任。

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Please take care of the property. Damage caused by guests may incur repair or replacement charges.
• Please check your belongings before check-out. Shipping costs for lost items are the guest’s responsibility.
• Do not open storage cabinets or enter staff-only areas.
• Please keep valuables safe. We are not responsible for loss or damage.

依菸害防制法規定，本館全面禁菸，包含客房、浴室、陽台及室內外公共空間。亦禁止嚼食檳榔及口香糖，如有上述違規行為將酌收清潔費。

No smoking, betel nut, or chewing gum is allowed. A cleaning fee applies for violations.

嚴禁賭博、吸毒及任何違法之行為，如有違反將通報相關單位處理。

Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Violations will be reported to the authorities.

• 未滿 2 歲兒童不佔床可免費入住，如需早餐請提前告知，將另行計費。
• 本館未提供嬰兒床、澡盆及其他嬰幼兒用品。
• 館內樓梯、電梯及部分公共空間為開放式設計，為確保孩童安全，請家長全程陪同照護。
• 使用浴缸時，請由成人陪同。
• 12 歲以下兒童請勿單獨靠近或進入水池區域，並請由成人全程陪同照看。
• 嚴禁攀爬、追逐或其他危險行為；因不安全行為所生之意外，旅客應自行負責。

• Children under 2 years old stay free when sharing existing bedding. Breakfast is available upon request for an additional charge.
• Baby cots, bath tubs, and infant amenities are not provided.
• Adult supervision is required in open areas, including stairs, elevators, and shared spaces.
• Children must be supervised by an adult when using the bathtub.
• Children under 12 must not approach or enter the pool area without adult supervision.
• Climbing, running, and other dangerous behavior are prohibited. Guests are responsible for accidents resulting from unsafe behavior.

一樓公共空間為寵物友善區域，請為寵物配戴禮貌帶（尿布），並避免使用桌椅及沙發等家具。如造成額外清潔需求，將酌收清潔費。為維護住宿品質，客房及住宿區域恕不開放寵物進入，亦不提供寵物住宿服務。

Pets are welcome in designated first-floor public areas. Please ensure pets wear a belly band or diaper and keep them off the furniture. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Pets are not permitted in guest rooms or accommodation areas.

• 依環保署規定，客房內不提供一次性盥洗用品（牙刷、牙膏、梳子、刮鬍刀、浴帽等），請自行攜帶。
• 客房內不提供瓶裝礦泉水；一樓設有飲水設備，可自由取用常溫水及熱水。
• 離開房間時，敬請關閉冷氣、照明、電視及水龍頭，共同實踐永續旅行。

• To reduce single-use waste, disposable toiletries are not provided.
• Bottled water is not available in guest rooms. A water dispenser is available on the first floor.
• Please turn off the air conditioner, lights, TV, and water taps when leaving the room.
